Tweens Movie Night
Bring a friend and join us for volleyball and a movie on January 15th. Popcorn and drinks will be served. Meet at TLC Gym from 5 pm – 9 pm.
Tweens Mission Night
We will celebrate the blessing of our grandparents or our senior friends on Sunday, January 29th. Invite your grandparent or friend to lunch immediately following the 11:00 service. Tweens will be responsible for setting up tables, decorating tables, serving our guests, spending time eating with our guests, and cleaning up.
Welcome to Tweens!
Welcome to our rising 5th and 6th grade students. Tweens meet in The Oasis every Sunday morning from 9:00 am until 10:30 am. We meet on Wednesday nights at 7:00 pm in The Oasis. Parents of Tweens should complete the registration form located in the Hype Information Station, located in the foyer of the sanctuary or in The Oasis, and return it to Angie Hayes. The completion of this form will insure your inclusion on the Tweens email list.
Tweens Hype
The Lamb’s Chapel Tweens Ministry is a response to the developmental changes that take place during the fifth and sixth grade years. Wanna know what all the hype is about? Come visit us at “The Oasis”.
We have a room located behind the gym in the Family Life Center. Our room is called “The Oasis”. Oasis means a fertile spot in a desert where water is found. In John 4:10 Jesus told the Samaritan woman at the well, “If you knew the gift of God and Who it is that asks you for a drink, you would have asked Him and He would have given you living water.” It is our prayer that our tweens will experience and drink in the Living Water that will satisfy them for a lifetime.
SCHEDULE
We meet on Sunday mornings at 9:00 am. Our service ends at 10:30 am. You may choose to worship together as a family at the 11:00 service. Our Wednesday night Service begins at 7:00 pm. We will begin with worship in “The Studio” with Billy G. and the youth. We will return to “The Oasis” for Bible Study. Your small group leaders for this quarter are Dean and Andrea Hartely, Mary McGuire, Davis Gregory and Hal and Angie Hayes.
